As the director, public relations and human resources, Bukola leads organizational strategy by developing and implementing human resources policies within the organization, designing and directing training programs, motivates and supports current staff, she shapes the foundation’s image in the eye of the public, build the brand over the years, spread the organization’s message and minimize the occurrence and effect of negative publicity, handles recruitment and negotiating employment agreements. Takes care of  relationship management, crisis management, image management of the organization.

Bukola holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ado- Ekiti (EKSU), Ado Ekiti , Nigeria, a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, reading and singing.
